I have recently received a wonderful book, written by a Romanian princess, Ileana. Her book was first published 1952, in English, but I have the Romanian translation of it. It seems that recently the Romanians are searching for answers about the past, the real past. It is a wonderful book, I am learning many historical facts from it that I never knew. For example, that princess Ileana was married to an Austrian and lived nearby Vienna for years. The book is easy to follow, it was written for Americans, so it gives a lot of background information about historical and geographical Romania.
